Working at Wheelhouse.
At Wheelhouse, we strive to create a work environment where every team member feels known and cared for. Our fully remote team of digital enthusiasts, world travelers, ping pong heroes, book worms, and creatives fosters personal connections through intentional communication. Although we are spread across the country, we make efforts to connect in meaningful ways – from daily interactions to biannual onsite retreats that facilitate getting to know each other on a deeper level.

GENEROSITY DAYS

We believe in generosity. It’s a core value and it’s baked into our everyday behavior at Wheelhouse.
We exercise this value in a special way at the end of every quarter through Wheelhouse Generosity Days – days of service to help people, places and organizations who most need it.

We combine our time with financial donations to make the biggest difference we can for the greatest number of people. To date, we’ve volunteered over 3,000 hours of volunteer time and $100,000 in donations.

Joy fund

We seek to create joy among our clients and team members through the way we treat each other.
The Joy Fund is a beloved Wheelhouse tradition. Each team member is offered a monthly $50 stipend solely for the purpose of creating joy for others. Team members have the opportunity to pool funds or spend Joy Fund dollars individually (and even anonymously if desired).
